How Can I Apply For a Replacement?

How Can I Apply For a Return?

You may return any unwanted items (including promotions) within 14 days after package received.

Any express service (except ordinary mail and self-pickup) will be accepted by us; however, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge except due to quality or damage issue.  Please well keep the return shipping track number in case of package missing.  Details for customer service please contact --->help@shallowmint.com

How Can I Know The Status Of My Return?

We will inform you via e-mail as soon as receiving your returned package. If you do not get our notification for more than 7 days after package arrived, please contact our customer service center.

 

How Can I Apply For a Refund?

We will inform you via e-mail after receiving your returned package and will start the process of refund within 2 days.

Usually you may get the refund within 5 business days; 

For orders paid by PayPal, your refund will be return to yourPayPal account.
